Bandit Energy Services is seeking Field Safety Coordinators to join their team in Lloydminster, Alberta. This role supports Health, Safety, and Environment performance on pipeline, facility, civil, and oilfield construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong field safety experience, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with crews and management. - Previous field safety experience in pipeline, facility, civil, oilfield, industrial, or construction environments
- NCSO designation is required
- Strong understanding of hazard assessments, FLHAs, inspections, incident reporting, and field-level risk controls
- Working knowledge of Alberta and Saskatchewan OH&S legislation
- Ability to travel to project sites and work in field conditions
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively with crews, supervision, clients, and subcontractors
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and general HSE documentation systems
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- OH&S certificate, diploma, or related safety education
- Ground Disturbance Level II
- Standard First Aid with CPR
- Confined Space Entry/Monitor training
- H2S Alive
- WHMIS
- TDG
- Leadership for Safety Excellence
- Auditor training or COR audit experience
- Experience with pipeline construction, facility construction, hydrovac, lifting/rigging, excavation, traffic control, and energy isolation
- Experience supporting commercial driver safety, journey management, vehicle inspections, load securement, or transportation compliance
