Position: Customer Service Team Member Michaels
Deliver exceptional customer service at Michaels in LLOYDMINSTER, AB. Support shoppers with product solutions and ensure a speedy checkout experience every day.

As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll help customers discover products while maintaining store recovery standards. Engage shoppers in our Rewards program and assist with purchases through our online platforms. This role is vital in providing a welcoming shopping experience and effective merchandise handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating desired products

• Provide friendly and efficient checkout experiences

• Enroll customers in Rewards program and inform on VOC survey

• Manage unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery

• Support shrink and comply with Company policies

Requirements:

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

• Capacity to engage positively with customers

• Willingness to adhere to SOPs and safety standards

• Cross-train in Custom Framing and assist where needed
