Position: Paramedic with Medavie Health Services
Join Medavie Health Services West as a Primary Care Paramedic to provide critical pre-hospital care in Northeast Alberta. Deliver exceptional patient treatment while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent position requires a driven paramedic committed to patient safety and effective response. You will employ your skills in emergency medical services, ensuring vehicle readiness and compliance with safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with health care professionals and engage in community education programs to enhance public health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate treatment and transport for patients

• Maintain vehicle readiness and compliance with safety standards

• Document patient care and assessments in reports

• Collaborate with outside agencies during emergency responses

• Educate the community through approved programs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Alberta Operators License class 1, 2, or 4

• Current registration with Alberta College of Paramedics

• Completion of Alberta Health Services MCP’s

• Certified in CPR with FARE Certificate
