This role within Twilio's People Generalists team involves assisting over 2,500 employees. You'll partner closely with HR business partners and centers of excellence to deliver HR insights, support performance management, and lead business initiatives. As a People Generalist, your ability to provide advice on employee relations and benefits will greatly impact team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HRBP team in program roll-outs

• Analyze HR data and generate insightful reports

• Manage performance issues end-to-end

• Coach managers through performance management

• Lead business initiatives and projects

Requirements:

• 3+ years in an HR role with GTM experience

• Initiative-driven and self-starter

• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR data

• Familiarity with HR systems like Workday
