Join Intelcom | Dragonfly as a Logistics Operations Coordinator and enhance last-mile service efficiency. This role focuses on package processing, inventory management, and customer support.
As a pivotal member of the operations team, you will assist in unloading trailers, scan and sort packages, and conduct audits. Your expertise will also support shipping, receiving, and maintaining warehouse systems for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in unloading trailers and verifying freight manifests
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including returns
• Conduct van audits and support sorting operations
• Train and mentor new employees
• Resolve delivery issues by following SOPs
Requirements:
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Ability to process returns and maintain records
• Strong organizational skills for data management
• Capacity to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Commitment to Health & Safety protocols
