What are expected of you?

Maintain cleanliness of public spaces within facilities in accordance with Edon Management’s standards and facility contract requirements

Work together with building operations team to achieve service objectives

Back up Coverage of Front Reception when required.

Ensure buildings are secure when the facility is not in use, reporting any unauthorized occupants

Respond to urgent clean-up situations immediately

Wash and polish entrance areas, including glass doors and other glass fixtures (display cabinets, etc.)

Ensure interior and exterior waste receptacles are emptied as needed, including ashtrays and sand urns

Assist with Loading Dock deliveries if Reception is busy.

Who we are looking for?

Basic understanding of English (reading and writing)

Previous custodial experience considered an asset

Strong customer relations skills

You take pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces with a keen eye for quality and thoroughness.

You are dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

You work well with others, follow instructions, and maintain positive interactions with clients and colleagues.
