Parts Assistant

At Upstream Data, our Parts & Inventory team is the heartbeat of production. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment, enjoys variety, and can keep our parts and projects running like clockwork.

• Pulling and preparing build kits for fabrication, welding, electrical, machining, and mechanical teams.
• Organizing, labeling, and storing parts so everything’s easy to find.
• Receiving and tracking incoming materials.
• Helping keep our inventory system accurate and efficient (SAP experience is a bonus).
• Working closely with multiple departments to make sure parts are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
• Running the occasional materials pickup and helping out wherever needed.

• 1-3 years of experience in parts coordination, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organization skills and an eye for detail (you notice when one washer is missing).
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or fabrication parts.
• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems.
• Class 5 driver’s license required; trailer experience is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to lend a hand.
