Foremost is seeking a skilled CNC Equipment Operator to join our Metalworks team.

Your role will include forming materials, rolling shells, and providing support within the shop environment. Applicants with experience are a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Commitment to safety and productivity is essential in this full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Form materials by rolling shells of various thicknesses

• Assist operators in the Metalworking Department as needed

• Operate overhead cranes following safety protocols

• Report discrepancies or equipment issues to your supervisor

• Support activities that enhance shop efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous CNC operation experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
