As a Keyholder at Pet Valu, you will oversee store functions and enhance customer experiences. This role involves actively participating in sales, maintaining the store, and managing operations seamlessly when supervisors are absent. Your retail experience will help advance our mission to offer the best products for pets and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle cashier duties with precision
• Arrange stock and manage merchandise orders
• Perform routine maintenance tasks for store upkeep
• Assist in delivery and stock heavy items
• Facilitate safe opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in retail/customer service
• Experience with POS systems preferred
• Outgoing and effective communication skills
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs
• Must have flexible scheduling availability
