Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to set department goals

• Lead by example in sales techniques and service

• Engage customers and train team members regularly

• Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively

• Assist with recruitment and staff training processes

Requirements:

• Preferred completion of post-secondary education

• More than 2 years in Wireless Sales

• At least 1 year in a supervisory position preferred

• Skills in addressing customer concerns diplomatically

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage daily responsibilities
