Family Enrichment Worker - Lloydminster

Make a meaningful impact as a Family Enrichment Worker with Catholic Social Services in Lloydminster, Alberta. This role involves crisis intervention and supporting vulnerable families across central Saskatchewan.

As a full-time or part-time worker in our Family Preservation Program, you will provide essential support through direct and indirect service hours. Required skills include crisis intervention, parenting education, and community referrals. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is crucial, along with travel across areas such as North Battleford and Saskatoon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide intensive interventions for families in crisis

• Coordinate support services and conduct assessments

• Deliver parenting education and skill-building sessions

• Connect families with community support and resources

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Services or equivalent

• 2 years’ experience with families and crisis intervention

• Valid First Aid and Criminal Record checks

• Reliable vehicle and valid class 5 driver's license

• Clear driver's abstract with insurance proof
