Class 1 Operator at Leading Oil & Gas Firm

Elevate your driving career as a Class 1 Operator in the oil and gas sector. This crucial role involves operating well servicing equipment while ensuring safety and operational support on-site.

In this position, you will work closely with the Station Manager and Supervisor to perform essential duties in field operations. This includes operating well servicing equipment with a trailer, mentoring less experienced drivers, and maintaining equipment for optimum performance. Strong adherence to safety procedures is critical, given the position’s safety-sensitive nature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive well servicing equipment with trailers to and from sites

• Mentor Operator 1’s in acquiring their Class 1 license

• Operate pumpers and conduct rig-in and rig-out procedures

• Inspect equipment, ensuring functionality and safety

• Maintain detailed logs of equipment performance and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (Canada) / CDL A (U.S.) driver’s license

• Minimum 1 year of driving experience

• Experience with rig operations and pumping procedures

• Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance

• Willingness to work on call in varying conditions
