Part-Time Visitor Service Attendant

Location: City of Lloydminster

Engage visitors at the Lloydminster Museum & Archives as a part-time Visitor Service Attendant. Be the face of the museum while providing outstanding customer service and promoting exhibitions.

In this role, you serve as the first contact for guests, working at the reception desk. Responsibilities include processing admissions, managing retail sales, and assisting with events and programs. Your effective communication skills and enthusiasm for arts and culture will play a crucial role in enhancing visitor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and process admissions at the reception desk

• Support program instructors during events and activities

• Conduct gallery tours and provide informative insights

• Maintain cleanliness in galleries and studio spaces

• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and cash handling

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

• Enthusiasm for art, history, and cultural heritage

• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
