Financial Services Administrative Associate

Support Conexus advisors on-site across Saskatchewan using financial administration, accuracy, and organized member service in a full-time temporary assignment.

As an Associate, Financial Services, you will provide back-office consumer administration for Conexus East Advisors. The work involves high volumes, internal coordination, member documents, transactions, reports, and files. You will also support consumer accounts, lending, and investment data while identifying needs and referring opportunities.

• Provide administrative support to Conexus retail team members
• Liaise between Advisors and internal departments
• Identify needs and refer opportunities to Advisors
• Process member documents, transactions, reports, and files
• Maintain accurate consumer, lending, and investment data

• One year of financial industry experience
• Proven success managing fluctuating, high-volume workloads
• Organized approach with strong deadline awareness
• Integrity, curiosity, and willingness to improve processes
• Consumer, deposit, and lending administration knowledge is an asset
