Position: Courier Team Lead at FedEx

Lead daily operations as a Courier Team Lead port delivery, oversee sort activities, and mentor team members while ensuring effective processes and best practices.

In this interview position, you will lead assigned sectors at Fed Ex, guiding hourly employees through mentorship and demonstrating vital skills like communication and leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, promoting best practices, and fostering a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sort and delivery activities

• Mentor team members and lead operational practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• One year of current courier experience

• Valid driver's license with a good record

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

• Knowledge of Fed Ex operations and Canadian Customs regulations
