Part-Time Municipal Custodian

As a Custodial Municipal Worker 1, you will work closely with the Building Services team to manage cleanliness, safety, and operational tasks in various buildings. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and servicing of city facilities

• Conduct regular building safety checks

• Ensure materials are stored safely and orderly

• Maintain accurate documentation and logs

• Assist with equipment and furniture relocation

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Experience in custodial work preferred

• Familiarity with small maintenance equipment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required
