Role OverviewDue to continued growth we are looking for a Service Desk Administrator to assist in the day to day running of the Service Department. We will provide full training on our Management Software Systems as well as other portals and systems.
Responsibilities- Work pro-actively within the service-desk team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communicate and engage with client, management & engineers in a professional and timely manner.
- Client reporting and updating systems ensuring priorities are met with accuracy and quality of data.
- Monitor SLA’s and KPI’s to ensure delivery of contractual specifications and customer expectations, and understand clients’ needs to minimise any service issues.
- Assist with planned and reactive works, along with associated tasks that align with these, including managing priorities and ensuring the required standards are achieved.
- General administration.
To be successful in this role you will need good team‑working and strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, respond positively to changing workloads and priorities, undertake varied responsibilities, prioritise tasks, work well under pressure, manage your workload, and have high attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be a competent user of Microsoft Office packages and should enjoy a challenge and be happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
