This role partners closely with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, improve financial processes, and support key business decisions.

• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning processes across the Investments business.
• Develop and maintain workforce and expense forecasts to support business planning activities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify key drivers impacting financial performance.
• Assist in long-range planning and scenario analysis exercises.
• Provide insights that support strategic resource allocation decisions.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for senior management and executive leadership.
