Salary: £28K - £32K + OTE ( Realistically lets be honest £7K-£15K) + Bonus

What youll do
- Manage your own desk with genuine autonomy
- Support the wider team with your experience, ideas, and energy
- Pick up the phone confidently winning new business is essential
- Build real relationships with clients and candidates across the UK (and further afield)
- Bring your own style to the role bonus points if youve worked with manufacturing clients, but its not essential
