Sainsbury's is seeking a dedicated Night shift Manager to lead overnight replenishment and store operations. You’ll manage a team, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and ensure shelves are replenished.
The role includes sole shift leadership, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues and a seamless morning restart for customers. Fortnightly or nightly duties are part of the schedule, with a £4,500 premium on top of base pay for night shifts, typically from 22:00 to 08:00.
