We are seeking a proactive Parts Manager to oversee operations at our Loanhead and Bathgate locations. • Managing the day‑to‑day parts operations to support our workshop and external customers.
• Cultivate a high‑performing environment by mentoring, motivating and guiding the parts team.
• Manage stock levels efficiently while minimising costs and ensuring timely and accurate departmental administration.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and external partners.
• Proactively grow trade and retail sales through exceptional service.

• Experience in a commercial vehicle franchised dealership (Supervisor or Management level), DAF & Truck & Trailer knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in stock management software (Keyloop/Kerridge preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
