Production Supervisors

Production Supervisors are needed at a privately owned food manufacturing company in Bilston, with a multimillion turnover supplying UK and international sectors. These permanent, full-time roles offer AM shifts (Monday to Friday, starting 5.15am-5.30am) or PM shifts (Tuesday to Friday from 2pm, plus Saturdays 9am-5.30pm). Hourly pay ranges from £13.44 to £17.95 on Saturdays, with overtime and benefits, varying by experience levels 1 to 4.

Responsibilities include managing a production area, overseeing schedules, and driving daily performance to meet efficiency targets. Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills and relevant manufacturing experience.

Production Supervisors sought to join an award-winning, £multimillion turnover food manufacturing company based in Bilston. They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including food service, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad. They are permanent, full-time positions with both AM (Monday to Friday 5.15/5.30am – 2.15/2.30pm) and PM (Tuesday to Friday: 2pm – 10.30pm, Saturday: 9am – 5.30pm) shifts available.

There are positions available from Level 1 to Level 4 depending on candidate skills and experience, with hourly rates reflecting these levels.

• Manage an assigned production area, overseeing daily production schedules
• Drive day-to-day operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Line Leader, Shift Leader etc
• Food manufacturing industry experience
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of HACCP
