Professionista con formazione commerciale e comprovata esperienza nella contabilità immobiliare.
- Gestione completa della contabilità ordinaria e aggiornamento dei saldi bancari
- Registrazione delle fatture fornitori e gestione pagamenti tramite sistema DTA
- Preparazione di chiusure contabili provvisorie e definitive
- Elaborazione dei conteggi salariali del personale (portinai) e relativo pagamento
