Maintenance Director
Future Care Associates, Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Director to develop and execute a preventive maintenance program, oversee emergency renovations, and manage facility systems.
OverviewAs Maintenance Director you will be responsible for establishing maintenance standards, ensuring compliance, coordinating engineering services and collaborating with facility teams to keep the buildings safe and efficient.

The salary mentioned above is the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives are offered separately and paid under the relevant program schedule. Total compensation will consider overall experience, qualifications, location, certifications, and training.
Responsibilities- Oversee and approve all necessary repairs and improvements to facility systems to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate safety records, logs and produce required reports.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors working in the facility.
- Provide ongoing preventative maintenance of building systems, fire/safety equipment and medical equipment.
- Inspect maintenance work for quality, safety and compliance.
- Ensure a clean, safe working environment in the workshop.
- Verify daily logs of refrigerator and water temperatures.
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines, purchase order procedures and approvals.
- Follow facility policies and procedures.
- Serve as chairperson for the Safety Committee.
- Abide by Future Care’s Statement of Corporate Ethics and Corporate Compliance Plan.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory codes.
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in plant engineering and a maintenance supervisory role.
- Expertise in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation systems, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Working knowledge of supervisory principles, organization and administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent judgment in decision making.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills required to work with facility staff, contractors and the public.
