• Sign‑On Bonus $7,500 for all full‑time hires!
• Competitive salary $36.00–$44.00/hr with shift differentials.

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately. All employment offers will consider overall experience, job‑related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

• Assist in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice is within State and Federal guidelines.
• Validate referrals for consultation or treatment and confirm they align with documented nursing plans.
• Monitor resident responses to nursing care and ensure care plans are met.
• Implement physician orders, nursing interventions, and procedures as required.
• Pursue opportunities for professional growth and expand responsibilities to maintain competency.
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with Future Care’s philosophy and purpose.

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in Maryland.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Prior experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term care facility is a plus.
• Must possess a current CPR license.
