Future Care Associates, Inc. is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for All Shifts. This role offers a competitive salary of $31.25‑$36.00 per hour, a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for all full‑time hires, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Assist in care planning and treatments for residents under RN supervision.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge and skills required to care for the resident population on an assigned unit.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice is within state and federal guidelines.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor.
• Review all referrals to validate and apply appropriate nurse plans.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expand responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with Future Care’s nursing facility philosophy.

• Active LPN license issued in Maryland.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term health care facility a plus.
• Team player with strong work ethic and willingness to assist where needed.
• Current CPR license.
• Effective interpersonal communication with all personnel, residents, and families.
