I'm recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Improvement & Transformation Co‑ordinator to join an established Business Transformation & Improvement team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting organisation‑wide transformation, digitalisation and service improvement initiatives. Working across a range of projects you will help drive meaningful change that improves services for customers, enhances colleague experience and supports the delivery of strategic objectives.

Key

responsibilities
  • Co‑ordinate and support the delivery of business improvement and transformation projects.
  • Help implement digitalisation and channel‑shift initiatives that improve customer and colleague experiences.
  • Support project planning, monitoring, reporting and governance activities.
  • Work with managers and project leads to identify and manage risks, dependencies and priorities.
  • Assist with service improvement reviews and the development of more efficient ways of working.
  • Support communication and engagement activities to help colleagues understand and embrace change.
  • Use data, insight and feedback to support continuous improvement and better decision‑making.

You will have
  • Experience supporting projects, business improvement initiatives or change programmes.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to analyse information and identify solutions and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • A collaborative approach and a willingness to challenge existing processes constructively.
  • Experience working with digital systems, data or technology‑enabled improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in transformation, continuous improvement or service redesign.
  • Knowledge of Lean, systems thinking or other improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of change management principles and practices.

This is a hybrid role with travel required across Argyll & Bute. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
