Customer Support Services - Customer Engagement. This is a permanent, part-time role as a Customer Service Agent (face to face) in the Customer Service Point at Manse Brae, Lochgilphead. 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.

• Provide high-quality, customer-focused service within the Customer Service Centre, handling enquiries and requests, offering information on Council Services, and following policy, service guidelines and procedures.
• Provide an effective and efficient registration service, including civil marriages, civil partnerships, citizenship ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies, renewal of marriage vows, and related duties and paperwork (including preparation of registers).
• Process enquiries and requests accurately and maintain confidentiality as required.
• Support the Customer Service Centre Team to deliver a high-quality, efficient and effective service to customers.
• Carry out other duties as required in accordance with Council policy and procedures.
