Argyll Homes for All is seeking to recruit a Full Time - Fixed Term Estates Maintenance Operative based in the Mid Argyll or Oban area to deliver Grounds Maintenance & Gutter cleaning tasks as instructed by EM Supervisor / EM Manager to the performance standards expected by the Customer in a safe and professional manner and to ensure adherence to the Specification, Programme and Safe System of Work.

Responsibilities

Deliver Grounds Maintenance and Gutter cleaning tasks as instructed by the EM Supervisor / EM Manager, in accordance with the specified standards and Safe System of Work.

Qualifications / Requirements

Basic Disclosure Scotland check
Full UK Driving Licence
