Overview
Estates Maintenance Operative –
Location:
Mid Argyll / Oban area.
Contract:
1 year temporary, with potential to become permanent.
Hours:
37.5 per week. Salary: ACHAG 10.1 £ 26,228 - £27,715. Work pattern:
Mon – Fri, 8:30 – 16:30.
- Deliver Grounds Maintenance and Gutter Cleaning tasks as instructed by the Estates Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to the performance standards expected by the Customer in a safe and professional manner.
- Ensure adherence to the Specification, Programme and Safe System of Work.
- Basic Disclosure Scotland check
- Full UK Driving Licence
After 12 months service there may be an opportunity to apply for an Apprenticeship in other areas within the business.
