This is a term time position working Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our ELC team and assist Managers to oversee the smooth running of our nursery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor and manage a team of early years practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education alinged with Curriculum for Excellence
- Embed the principles of Realising the Ambition to create nurturing, responsive, and stimulating learning experiences
- Support curriculum planning, tracking of childrens development and observation based assessment
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding, and health and safety policies
