An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health care Support Worker post within the Inpatient Services department based at Mid Argyll Hospital.

Mid Argyll Hospital is situated on the west coast of Scotland. It is a Community Hospital within a bustling town.

Inpatient services consists of a 15 bedded GP acute ward which cares for acute admissions.

The Accident and Emergency department is located in the hospital.

There is also a busy Outpatient department with visiting consultants from a range of specialities.

Rehabilitation services from the multi-disciplinary team are also provided, as are Day-case services to provide adjunct therapies and transfusions, etc.

Mid Argyll affords great opportunities for excellent work/life balance. Outdoor pursuits are available with local organised events such as the Mid Argyll Triathlon and there are great cycling and water sports on the doorstep.

The islands of Islay, Gigha, Arran and Jura are easily accessible with a good ferry service.
