You'll dig into loan details, build thoughtful valuations, and translate complex insights into clear, confidence‑boosting conversations. • Lead valuation projects for commercial real estate loan portfolios
• Dive into loan docs, financial statements, and deal structures (aka treasure hunts with data)
• Build and review valuation models and market‑supported assumptions
• Present results to clients, auditors, and stakeholders—clarity is your superpower
• Track interest rates, market trends, and CRE fundamentals
• Grow into client relationship ownership within just a few months

• Have experience in CRE valuation, underwriting, appraisal, or financial modeling
• Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with complex models (ARGUS experience is a plus)
• Can distill complex concepts and communicate valuation insights clearly and confidently
• Stay informed on capital‑markets trends and have a genuine interest in how real estate deals are structured
• Are detail‑oriented, curious, and thrive in fast‑moving environments
