Pay Rate: $40 – $55 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy services at our small, family-owned assisted living facility in Lock Haven, PA. This part-time position offers a supportive work environment and a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends. The Director of Rehab will oversee therapy programs, ensure quality patient care, and collaborate closely with staff and leadership to enhance resident outcomes.

• Manage and oversee rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Supervise and support therapy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the facility’s leadership and interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Monitor patient outcomes and continuously improve therapy services.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff.

• Licensed in relevant rehabilitation discipline(s) (PT, OT, or SLP).
• Proven leadership or management experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small, family-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
