As an LPN every other weekend, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of empowering individuals to live their best lives.
Responsibilities:Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff and physicians
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive positive outcomes and achieve excellence in care delivery
Utilize effective communication skills to document patient information and coordinate with other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
