Assistant Manager - Sales at Rent‑A‑Center

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
  • Deliver friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in store and at customers' homes.
  • Manage deliveries and pickups, ensuring safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products while following handling and transportation procedures.
  • Maintain an inviting store with organized product displays and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
Minimum Requirements
  • 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age 18.
  • Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
  • Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
