Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00/ hour
Step into a fast-paced role where you’ll help keep packages moving through one of the busiest times of the year. Indeed Flex is looking for reliable, hardworking people ready to join a team that values energy, teamwork, and safety.
Shift Options
- Starting Nov 1: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Sun)
- Starting Nov 15: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon–Sun)
- Starting Nov 22: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon–Sun)
- Sorting and loading packages accurately by ZIP code
- Unloading trailers and preparing deliveries for dispatch
- Following warehouse safety guidelines and best practices
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Position Requirements
High School,
Less than 1 Year
work experience What You’ll Need
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout your shift
- Dependable, punctual, and a great team player
- Completion of safety and heat-prevention training (provided)
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures — hot or cold
- Work boots and gloves are recommended
