RD Nairn are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor or Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and assist in the delivery of Civil Engineering and Groundworks projects across the South of Scotland and Cumbria.
The role includes:- The measurement and valuation of works on site and from drawings .
- Submitting and agreeing interim valuations
- Administering and/or advising on main contracts and sub contract conditions.
- Subcontract procurement
- subcontract payments, variations and final accounts.
- Submission of budget and cost reports.
