Customer Service Co‑ordinator – Fixed Term Maternity Contract (12 months)

The DS Smith customer service team is a dynamic and vibrant mix of professionals dedicated to delivering sales strategy and performance while delighting customers with our sustainable and innovative packaging solutions. As the face of our business, the customer service team serves as the primary ambassador for DS Smith.

• Network daily with existing and potential customers to support the administrative process for the Lockerbie site.
• Act as the primary point of call for our customer base, handling enquiries and providing timely assistance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Site teams to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date internal and customer‑facing reporting.
• Maintain meticulous records of process information, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Engage with a variety of stakeholders and internal partners, adapting to new challenges each day.

• Relevant customer‑facing experience, ideally in B2B or B2C environments.
• Ability to work independently while building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong organisational skills with proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

31 hours – Monday to Friday
