Senior Residential Care Worker – Lochmaben, Dumfriesshire

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Care Worker to provide high‑quality support to residents with autism and complex needs in our two registered accommodations:
Closeburn House and Maben House.

• Chaperone residents to appointments and activities.
• Complete relevant paperwork and documentation.
• Perform household tasks and maintain the care environment.
• Administer medication safely.
• Lead, train and develop new and existing support workers within the team.
• Assist the deputy manager in maintaining a skilled and knowledgeable team.

• HNC in Social Care, or SVQ in Social Services (Children & Young People) – SCQF Level 3 or equivalent (and willingness to progress to Level
  4).
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Valid full driving licence and Right to Work in the UK.
• Empathy, patience, resilience and calmness when working with residents.

• Salary up to £30,054 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) plus on‑call pay.
• Sleep‑in pay at £45.00 per night.
