Salary: GBP
22,000 - GBP
30,773.60 per annum (approximately £13.45 per hour).
Hours: 22–44 hours per week, day or night shifts.
Contract: Permanent.

• Provide person‑centred support to residents living with dementia, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Collaborate closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and Senior Care Team to deliver outstanding dementia care.
• Ensure compassionate support tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
• Contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the service.

• Genuine caring, compassionate, empathetic nature with a passion for supporting people living with dementia.
• Experience working with individuals with dementia in a care home, residential or community setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Reliable, trustworthy, professional approach with a commitment to high standards of person‑centred care.
• Care Certificate, SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
• Good understanding of dementia care principles and approaches (training or qualifications in dementia care are advantageous).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Open to candidates with care experience who have a genuine interest in specialising in dementia care and are eager to develop their skills.

• Undergo Enhanced DBS/PVG/Access NI checks and employment reference checks.
• Verification of UK professional registration (if applicable), right to work and Occupational Health clearance.
