Arla Foods Lockerbie is seeking an Area Specialist to lead continuous improvement across your Line-Centred Organization area, using data to improve equipment performance, reduce losses and raise operational capability.
You will coach operators, run weekly CI meetings focused on downtime and OEE, analyse production data to identify root causes and drive sustainable improvements, and collaborate with Maintenance and Site Leadership.
