Greenleaf House in Lockerbie is hiring for a Through Care Support Worker to join a dedicated team providing therapeutic, trauma-informed care to young people up to 21. The role involves 14-hour shifts with a 10-hour sleepover, in a 2 day on/3 day off pattern.
You will support young people in a residential setting, focusing on safety, structure, and positive outcomes, while following policies and mandatory training. The role is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package.
