• 12 days on, 2 days off
• 6 days on, 1 day off
• Part‑time 4 days – Sat‑Tue or Thu‑Sun
• High‑speed operatives (night shifts) – require 12AB Lantra qualification

• Nights paid at 1.25×, Saturdays & Sundays at 1.5×

As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems
• Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Upholding our people‑first culture and contributing to our fresh cultural change program

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Flexibility to work the shift patterns above
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, held for at least 10 months
• Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot
• Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12AB, 12D; M1/M2; or Unit 2 – desirable but not essential)
