Multi Drop Driver

Van Driver

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Van Driver to join our team based in Lockerbie, to complete daily deliveries. You'll be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing a friendly and professional service to customers.

• 5.45am start
• Finish when the route is complete – average 8 hours per day

• Carry out daily deliveries
• Load and unload goods safely, using appropriate equipment where required
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects
• Plan routes effectively to meet delivery schedules
• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point
• Maintain accurate delivery notes and paperwork
• Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and road‑safe at all times

• Full UK driving licence held for no less than 2 years
• Previous van‑driving experience is beneficial but not essential
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Good physical fitness – some manual handling involved
• Strong time‑management and reliability
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• £12.71 per hour basic rate
• £1.02 bonus per hour worked paid weekly, achieved through attendance, scanning rate and driving performance (i.e., no speeding, use of mobile phone, etc.)
