Parkview Nursing & Rehab is currently searching for a talented Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team!

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff, and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro Health Care Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience, and company results.

Daily Pay Available

• Evaluate a Resident’s condition and develop an appropriate occupational rehabilitation plan.
• Help Residents to improve their mobility.
• Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
• Inform Residents what they should anticipate in different stages of their recovery and how they will handle each situation.
• Maintain Resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
• Supervise the activities of occupational therapy assistants when required.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts in resident care.

• Must hold current and active OT license or registration in state employed.
• Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus!
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
• Become familiar with and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
• Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
