We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility for a 13-week contract. This role supports the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services to help residents improve functional independence and quality of life.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve daily living skills
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support individualized care plans
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards

• Active state COTA license (must be current)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a COTA
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
