Parts Counterperson

Parts Counterperson to help our busy parts department deliver accurate, friendly, and efficient service every day.

As a Parts Counterperson
, you’ll assist both retail and internal customers with parts inquiries and sales, ensure our inventory stays organized and accurate, and play a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly.

• Greet and assist customers with parts questions, orders, and purchases
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with the Parts Manager to locate and order out-of-stock parts
• Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and vendors about order status
• Maintain organized stock areas and complete regular inventory checks
• Follow all dealership and safety procedures

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales preferred (Ford dealership experience a plus)
• Strong product knowledge and ability to identify customer needs quickly
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
