The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat/Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, maintain food‑safety standards, and manage displays on the sales floor to ensure proper order throughout the day.
