The Director of Product Installations will oversee all installation activities at client sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of product installation processes.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of Product Installations Managers, work closely with customers, and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for installation activities at client sites.
  • Lead and mentor Product Installations Managers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and clients on quotes, schedules, and project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and enforce safety protocols.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Report project status and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance installation processes and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in product installation or a related field, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Extensive knowledge of product installation procedures, tools, and equipment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of project management software.
  • OSHA or other relevant safety certifications.
